Restaurant Épi 1959

 

“Epi” recalls the French “Épicerie” (grocery). The name of Jean Castel’s premises in Saint-Germain des Prés travels to Ramatuelle. The idea is to serve breathtaking cuisine at any time of the day. This restaurant, just a few steps from the sea, offers up the Saint-Tropez of the 1960s, the simple elegance of cane chairs and hand-written menus. Under the Mediterranean sun, the Epi parasols create the perfect haven to enjoy crab legs, langoustine, or beautiful, fresh seasonal tomatoes.

Non-hotel guests are welcome, although prior booking is essential.
